TIS THE SEASON OF HOLIDAY SPIRIT

Banana Republic holiday style

Tis the Season! It’s officially the season of giving and spending time with the people you love. There are so many events and get-together’s on my calendar already. My favorite thing to do this time of year is go out with friends to my favorite Christmas spots. There are so many cute places that are decorated in festive holiday decor. I almost can’t squeeze them all in but believe me I try. Luckily, I have enough friends who are foodies like me and love the holidays so it’s not that hard to convince someone to go out with me! Especially my best friend Patty!

If there is one person who embodies the holiday spirit of giving year round it’s totally her. She has been a best friend, mentor and therapist (haha) to me for soooo long! Anytime I go through a breakup she is the first one I call because she knows exactly how to make me feel better. Seriously, I can’t wait to hear her speech at my wedding because I’ve cried to her about so many guys it’s not even funny. Even with a kid she is always there for me no matter what. She’s always willing to give her support and smile 🙂 Do you all have someone you can think of in your life who embodies the holiday spirit year round?!

When Banana Republic wanted to do this campaign for the holidays and asked me to pick someone for the photo shoot I didn’t need to think because I knew Patty would do it. I mean an excuse to come down to Dallas, get dressed up, and go to dinner… She didn’t just say yes. She said YES I’M IN!!! Haha.

We both love shopping at Banana Republic because they have styles that can be worn to a corporate job like hers or business casual items for me! She could wear this pretty black shift dress to work and I would totally wear it out to an event. We both loved this metallic silver top because it’s perfect for the holiday season with black jeans for a more casual style or you could wear it with a metallic midi skirt for a holiday work party!

So what do you love doing during the holiday season with your favorite people?!
