The holidays are over, and the cold weather has officially moved into Dallas. Personally, January isn’t my favorite month because it’s just cold, cold, cold and if it’s going to be this cold I wish it would snow! My wishful thinking probably won’t actually make it snow, but even without snow it’s still that time of year when you need a good winter coat to go outside. A basic black coat is one staple piece in my winter wardrobe, and surprisingly I didn’t have one. It’s a black coat so my options were endless, but I settled on this one because of the leather trimmed sleeves. I just love the extra detail it gives the coat!
