Let’s be real…how many of you have already ditched your New Year resolutions for getting in shape? Don’t lie! It’s okay…I haven’t stuck to mine like I should be either! I’ve been working out and attempting to eat healthier, but it’s a process. I know my body isn’t going to transform overnight. My goals are still in place, but I need a little motivation to keep going. A new Lululemon outfit might have been just the motivation I needed to pick up the pace!

I usually go to hot yoga at least once a week (I should probably go more), and try to run or do my interval training workout the rest of the week. I’ve run into a little problem when trying to find workout tops… I have a small frame, but my chest area is a little larger if you know what I mean. I usually have to go up a size or two whenever I buy yoga tops which fits my chest area, but then everywhere else is too big. That’s why I love this new high neck top and sports bra. When I bend over in yoga or run outside it keeps things in place much better. The top is perfect for yoga with the open back which gives me some ventilation when working up a sweat.
